Let's face it: work is complicated; everyday we are confronted by more information that we are required to know.
There are always new policies to learn, new procedures to understand, new ideas to comprehend and incorporate into the work that you do. In short: there is a lot going on. It can be a lot of pressure on yourself to know everything and constantly be learning as required by others. It's legitimate to ask: when will I find the time to do my job?

There are so many mandatory and required subjects that everyone wants me to study…when will it all get done? The ugly truth is that you’ll never stop learning and improving yourself. Your success as a lifelong learner is based on your capability to learn rather than how much you learn.
Does that seem counter intuitive?
Embrace the realization that you always need to learn more and don’t look at it as a burden. Your growth is inevitable so why not enjoy it? This simple change of focus will result in instant improvements in the quality of your work and the experience you have. This is a shift in one’s thinking which can lead to great results.

If you are on a rollercoaster, you may be afraid, but you can’t get off. Put away that fear and remember that you're now part of that experience. By letting go of what you can’t control, you can focus on what is the most important part: you. Embrace your capacity to learn and don’t worry about having to learn.
Enjoy both and you will make yourself stronger and more competent at what you do.
