Small Details Make A Big Difference

All of us feel the pressure of work each day; many of us have lots of projects that are demanding in attention and detail.

Many of these have due dates that seem to have been created to cause maximum stress and anxiety. Everywhere you look there are facts and pieces of information that you need to know at all times. Feeling overwhelmed, friend? Of course you are, it's natural that you feel this way.
One idea to help you make it through this is to take control of the details that are part of your projects. Not all the details, but only 3-4. It may seem small, but it's not the quantity of details, but the depth which is important. You can’t know everything, instead focus on a few of them…and in these be an expert.

You’ll see that instead of being overwhelmed you’ll actually find yourself in control of your projects. Remember: the key to success is not to know everything, but know a few things very well. This will help you through all the information that you are seeing and give you mastery and professional competency in your field of expertise. Your colleagues will notice, and you will too.
